Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking date and reserve your session within our calendar. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours after the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Each package includes the photography session itself, creative direction, professional editing and retouching, and delivery of high-resolution images through a private online gallery with secure cloud access. Selected packages may also include additional coverage time, multiple photographers, engagement sessions, or premium print products depending on the collection chosen.

Session duration varies depending on the type of shoot and the package selected. Most standard portrait sessions typically last between 1–2 hours, while weddings, branding, and commercial projects may require extended coverage.

Standard sessions are typically delivered within 5 calendar days after final image selections have been submitted, while weddings and extended event coverage are delivered within 14 calendar days. Expedited turnaround options may also be available upon request, subject to availability.

Please bring any outfits, accessories, or personal items you would like incorporated into your session. We also recommend arriving camera-ready and on time. If you need guidance with styling, outfit coordination, or preparation, we’ll be happy to assist prior to your shoot.

Yes. Bookings may be rescheduled once at no additional cost with a minimum of 7 days’ written notice, subject to availability. Reschedule requests made with less than 7 days’ notice may incur a £50 rescheduling fee, payable before the new date is confirmed. The original retainer will be transferred to the new booking date, subject to availability. Please note that all booking retainers are non-refundable.

Makeup and styling services are not provided in-house. However, trusted makeup artists and stylists can be recommended upon request.

Yes. You’re welcome to bring a friend or partner if it helps you feel more comfortable. We simply ask that they remain supportive and avoid disrupting the session flow.

If weather conditions don’t allow for the planned outdoor shoot, we either reschedule the session or adjust the concept to suitable indoor or covered locations. The priority is always to maintain the quality and continuity of the story.

Yes. All delivered images include professional retouching as standard. The approach focuses on natural enhancement, refining tone, colour, and detail while maintaining a clean, authentic finish that reflects the original moment.

Yes. You will receive a proofing gallery where you can select your preferred images for final retouching, in line with your package inclusions.

Yes. Corporate and team photography is available for businesses, providing clean, professional, brand-aligned imagery for teams, staff profiles, and company use.

Yes. Outfit changes are included depending on your selected package and are encouraged to add variety and depth to your final gallery.
