It’s best to book at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, though I occasionally accept last-minute bookings if I’m available.
Yes. To secure a date on our production calendar, we require a 50% Non-Refundable Retainer.
This fee removes your specific time slot from the market and initiates our pre-production process. The remaining balance must be cleared 48 hours prior to the session to ensure the focus on the day remains entirely on the creative execution.
All packages include pre-shoot consultation, creative direction, the shoot itself, and edited high-resolution images delivered via an online gallery.
Session length depends on the project, most standard sessions last between 1 to 2 hours. Corporate or branding shoots may take longer.
Final edited images are usually delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on the volume and nature of the shoot.

No. We deliver finished art, not raw ingredients.
The RAW file is merely the digital negative. The Punctual Lens aesthetic grading, the shadow recovery, and the skin texture work happens in post-production. Releasing unedited files would be like a chef serving a raw steak. It does not represent the finished standard of the brand, and therefore, RAW files are not available for purchase.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once without penalty if notice is given at least 7 days in advance. Requests made with less than 7 days' notice will incur a £50 Rescheduling Fee to cover the lost production slot.
Cancellation: Retainers are non-refundable. If you cancel the session entirely, the retainer is forfeited to cover the reserved time and pre-production work. Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot are liable for the full session fee."

Yes, as long as it helps you feel comfortable and doesn’t disrupt the flow, you’re welcome to bring someone along.

Yes. While every session includes your digital files for safekeeping, we believe photos belong on the wall, not a hard drive.
You can order professional prints, frames, and albums directly from your private gallery after the shoot. We handle the printing to ensure the quality matches the screen.
We operate on a strict schedule, but we understand contingencies arise.
You are entitled to one (1) courtesy reschedule if the request is made at least 7 days prior to your session. This allows the re-allocation the studio time effectively.
Requests made with less than 7 days' notice will incur a £50 Rescheduling Fee to cover the lost production slot. Your original retainer will then be transferred to the new date.
Please inform me as soon as possible. Your session time may be shortened depending on availability, but I always do my best to accommodate.
